Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Our services primarily cover London and surrounding areas, although extended routes may be accommodated upon request.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability at the time of request.
We aim to ensure punctual, safe, and reliable transportation; however, service delivery may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or through other approved communication channels.
Upon completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or other provided contact details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details (including pickup location, time, contact information, and flight details where applicable) are accurate and complete.
TaxiForm reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or if the service is unavailable.
TaxiForm operates on a fixed pricing model where fares are calculated based on journey details such as distance, time, and vehicle type.
Prices provided at the time of booking are generally inclusive; however, additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.
Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:
Waiting time beyond the complimentary period
Parking fees
Tolls or congestion charges
Extra stops or route changes requested by the customer
Payments may be made via accepted methods such as online card payment, cash, or other approved payment options.
Full payment terms and conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Customers may cancel their booking within a specified time frame prior to the scheduled pickup without incurring any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee, and failure to appear at the agreed pickup location (“no-show”) may result in the full fare being charged. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. TaxiForm reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
TaxiForm provides a complimentary waiting period for all bookings, the duration of which may vary depending on the type of service. For airport pickups, additional waiting time may be granted to account for flight arrivals, including delays where flight details have been provided. Once the complimentary waiting period has elapsed, additional waiting charges may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely availability at the pickup location to avoid extra charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information and for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the journey and must not engage in any behavior that may endanger the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer may result in additional charges. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure appropriate arrangements for children, including the use of car seats where required by law.
TaxiForm works with licensed drivers and ensures that vehicles used for providing services meet applicable safety and regulatory standards. Drivers are expected to act professionally and provide a safe and comfortable journey. TaxiForm reserves the right to substitute vehicles or drivers when necessary due to availability or operational reasons. Drivers may refuse service if a customer’s behavior is deemed unsafe, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
While TaxiForm strives to provide timely and reliable services, we shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or appointments, although reasonable efforts will be made to ensure punctual service. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, and TaxiForm shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
TaxiForm is not responsible for any items left in vehicles; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in recovering lost property. Customers should report any lost items as soon as possible with relevant journey details. If an item is found, arrangements can be made for its return, which may be subject to a handling or delivery fee. While we aim to help, we do not guarantee the recovery of lost items.
TaxiForm shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide alternative arrangements where possible, but we cannot guarantee service continuity.
TaxiForm is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Any information collected during the booking process or through the use of our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include the use of your data for processing bookings, communication, and service improvement.
